I have these moments of letting it all go when I walk the beach in Malibu. I get up early and drive out before 8AM. The beach is empty, and the tide is not yet so boisterous. I feel my mind go quiet. And then I start seeing art everywhere…the sand has sparkles in it, and furrows made by rivulets around tiny stones. And little shorebirds chasing sea foam. And others flying in wandering formations. Yes. This is wonder! Thank you!
